Introduction
Trabuco Precision LLC has developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) in order to document the organization's best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and improve the overall management of the company. The QMS of this organization meets the requirements of the international standards AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015. This system addresses the production and servicing of the organizations products. The manual is divided into sections that correlate to the QMS sections of the AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 format. Each section begins with a policy statement expressing our organizations obligation to implement the basic requirements of the referenced QMS section. Each policy statement is followed by specific information pertaining to the procedures that describe the methods used to implement the necessary requirements.
In addition, this manual describes the QMS, delineates authorities, identifies interdepartmental relationships and responsibilities of the personnel responsible for performing within the system. The manual also provides procedures or references for all activities used within the QMS to ensure compliance to the necessary requirements of the standard. This manual used both internally to guide the employees of this organization through the various requirements of the AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 standard and externally to familiarize our customers with our quality system practices and controls.

The company was established by three partners, together bringing over 35 years of experiance in the manufacturing of protypes and the production of complexed machined parts and assemblies for both the Aerospace and Defense industries.
